Customer Service Advisor

Role: Customer Service Advisor - 6 Month FTC

Location: Shoreditch (3 times a week in the office)

Salary: £60K(Pro-rata)

About the Role

I am looking for a talented Customer Service Advisor to join a dynamic team and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You'll be responsible for proactively addressing customer concerns, providing support, and building strong relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle high-volume inbound queries via phone, email, chat, and social media.
  • Provide technical troubleshooting and aim for one-call resolution.
  • Liaise with operations teams to address service delivery issues.
  • Resolve billing queries and ensure accurate communication.
  • Focus on customer retention and loyalty.
  • Build trust and relationships with customers.
  • Advise customers on products and services that best suit their needs.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Proven customer service experience in a contact center environment.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Strong active listening skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Team-oriented and collaborative.
  • Problem-solving mindset.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt.

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • CRM experience (Salesforce or similar).
  • Telecommunications industry knowledge.
