As part of our Restart programme we will support participants on their journey to finding sustainable employment, enabling them to progress towards a more secure future. The Restart programme will help people who have been unemployed for between 12 and 18 months get back into work, including those whose prospects for securing employment have been impacted by the Covid-19 pandemic. 

 

As Data Administrator you will support the Serco Employment Skills and Enterprise Quality & Compliance Team to ensure the accurate transfer of data to and from the systems, following rigorous compliance testing. You will take inbound calls and book participants in for hand over meetings.

 

What you'll need to do the role:

Ideally you will have experience in a similar role. It is essential for you to have strong IT skills with particular emphasis on MS Excel and MS Office 365 software. To be a successful Data Administrator you must have robust communication skills, both written and verbal, maintain high standards of accuracy and hold the ability to follow procedures.
