Customer Service Representative

You will work closely with the Customer Project Managers to ensure all customer requirements are achieved in a timely fashion.

You will maintain a positive department culture and colleague relationships within your area and supporting other departments. You will be expected to maintain the integrity of the Company's reputation, maintain the Company's best interest and focus on growth of of the overall organisation.

  • Develop and manage Customer relationships, increasing Customer satisfaction
  • Delivering an effective communication process when speaking to all customers and colleagues
  • Accurately prepare and process customer transactions
  • Review information accurately with the
  • Work with the finance department in setting up and managing customer accounts the database
  • If necessary, communicating with operations and management regarding customer issues, needs and concerns
  • Receive and process customer and inter-company data
  • Drive advance delivery of Customer supplied documentation to support immediate function
  • Create, update and maintain relevant reports and KIPs as required;
  • Manage time effectively, meet personal goals and work effectively with other members of the team and business
  • Maintain proficiency in using personal computer, data entry terminal and other common office equipment and software
  • Answer incoming calls and provide front line support;
  • Willing to work flexible hours as required;
  • Present a professional image at all times to customers (internal and external)
  • Attend and participate in all meetings as necessary


  • Good interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Adept at building effective working relationships to benefit Customer needs
  • Microsoft computer skills to a high level of competency
  • Follow and write processes and procedures
  • Self-motivated and able to prioritise and manage own workload
  • Customer facing & administration experience
  • Strong planning, organisational, analytical and problem solving skills
  • Full Driving Licence
