Job Title: Business  Administrator Apprentice

Location: 210-222 Hagley Road West, Birmingham B680NP

Working Week: 37 hours per week, Monday - Friday

Salary: £12,000 plus benefits & 25 days annual leave

Apprenticeship Qualification: L3 Business Administrator Standard

Expected Apprenticeship Duration: Up to 18 months

Day to day you'll be involved in:

  • General office and administrative support
  • Preparing and attending meetings
  • Processing referrals, programme, and payment data via the DWP systems and transferring the data between systems
  • Ensuring completion and quality and compliance testing
  • Providing support with identification, investigation and resolution of data processing errors and escalating to the Quality and Compliance team when needed

Preparing for your recruitment journey:
As part of our recruitment process, you will be required to complete assessments as part of your application. If you are shortlisted, you will be invited to a face-to-face interview.

Our provider will require you to take a skill scan and undertake initial assessments if you are selected for the apprenticeship.

The ideal candidate will have GCSE grades A* to C (9 to 4 in the new grading system) in Maths and English or an acceptable equivalent.
