⏰ Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm (1:30pm finish on Fridays)

📍 Location: Ilkeston, Derby

💷 Pay Rate: £12.75 per hour

Are you looking for a hands-on manufacturing role with an early finish every Friday? We're currently recruiting for a Demoulder to join a busy production team in Ilkeston.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing manufacturing business where you'll play a key role in the production process, removing moulded components, carrying out quality inspections, and preparing products for the next stage of manufacture. If you have a keen eye for detail and enjoy practical, fast-paced work, we'd love to hear from you.

📋 What You'll Be Doing:

• Removing moulded components from production moulds safely and efficiently 🔧
• Inspecting products for defects and carrying out quality checks ✅
• Preparing components for the next stage of the manufacturing process
• Working to production targets while maintaining high standards 📈
• Handling products carefully to avoid damage
• Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment 🦺
• Supporting the wider production team as required 🤝

🎯 What We're Looking For:

• Previous manufacturing, production, assembly, or factory experience would be advantageous 🏭
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality 👀
• Ability to work efficiently to production targets
• A hands-on approach and willingness to learn 💪
• Reliable, punctual, and hard-working
• Strong team player with a positive attitude ⭐
