About the Role
Desktop Engineers will work within the End User Computing Service which is available on site at Fiona Stanley Hospital 24x7.
This role is responsible for providing 1st and 2nd Level support for all End User Computing equipment, dealing with Incidents, Work Orders, Change Requests, and Problem Investigation tickets. Other important aspects include undertaking maintenance and administrative activities whilst providing a high-quality service for the benefit of the hospital, ensuring the service meets the defined service levels and customer needs, building strong relationships with various stakeholders, and undertaking activities in accordance with the ITIL Service management framework.
About You
As the Desktop Engineer you will be working within the ICT support team at Fiona Stanley Hospital and have the ability to prioritise competing demands and be a well-developed problem solver with a high level of analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail. You will provide prompt and courteous customer service to key stakeholders, patients, external and internal customers.
