Digital Skills Supervisor

Digital skills are an essential part of the new workplace and this role presents an exciting opportunity to inspire students to get ahead in their future. We are looking for a part-time, fixed term, term time only Digital Skills Supervisor to join Buckinghamshire College Group, based at our Amersham Campus.

A successful candidate would be responsible for the independent learning of groups of students. They would be able to assist students with their learning, motivate students to complete tasks, and inspire students to achieve professional qualifications in various software programmes. The supervisor is also responsible for keeping accurate registers, liaising with the course leaders of your students and addressing any behavioural issues in your sessions. 

The candidate will be required to have:

  • Experience working with young people and behaviour management and a desire to work in an educational environment.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent IT and communication skills.
  • Level 2 (GCSE equivalent) in Maths and English.
