Working as a Domestic Supervisor (Patient Ambassador) here means you'll play a critical role in keeping the Hospital running and open. You will supervise, coordinate, motivate, train and work with ward-based cleaning staff and hosts to provide a quality service - this means ensuring your team report for duty in good time and inspect, record, and take action to ensure high standards are maintained. You will also plan and produce duty rosters ensuring that work is correctly prioritised equally throughout the team.
The Patient Ambassadors are responsible for supervising, both the domestic and catering services within their zone. They will report into the Domestic Services Managers. They will manage a team of ward hosts and cleaners within their allocated zones.
You'll never go out unprepared though - as well as ongoing career development, all our team receive the training, tools, uniform, and vehicles they need to work in this unique and important environment.
