Working Hours: 39 per week, working over 7 days (inc bank holidays) on a shift pattern that is semi flexible.
Salary: £22,000 per annum + overtime when required
Here at Holme Pierrepont our goal is to get more people, more active, more often. To deliver those services takes an enthusiastic and customer focused team - and right now we are looking to recruit for a Duty Operations Manager to join the centre.
Holme Pierrepont Country Park, the home of the National Water Sports Centre has excellent water facilities, accommodation, a campsite, Outdoor Adventure Zone, Life Fitness Gym and marvellous nature trails for cycling and walking, it is a favourite destination for families, schools, corporate clients and individuals.
As the Duty Manager, the purpose of your role will be to manage the day to day running of the facility ensuring all activities are delivered to a high standard with safety the first priority. You will support the management team in building and maintaining positive relationships with onsite partners, guests, and neighbours.
You will also be involved in a high level of customer interaction as well as the deployment and supervision of the operational team to make sure our customers receive a positive memorable experience.

The successful candidate will be a passionate and enthusiastic individual who like the members of staff at Holme Pierrepoint, pride and strive to give the best service possible for those who visit the centre and go the extra mile for customers when needed.
To be considered for this role we are looking to hear from candidates who have prior experience and confidence in leading a team by example and working face to face with customers, preferably in the Leisure industry. Having a clean driving license is essential for this role.
It is desirable that you hold first aid at work certificate, however this is not essential as full training will be provided.
