We are working on behalf of a council who are looking for an Electrician to carry out day-to-day reactive maintenance works in occupied and void properties.

Daily responsibilities of an Electrician are:

• Carrying out all aspects of electrical work including repair, maintenance and fault finding in residential properties
• Fuse board replacements
• Electrical inspection, testing and condition reporting
• Smoke and CO alarm replacements

Requirements for an Electrician are:

• City & Guilds 2382-22 18th Edition
• City & Guilds 2391-52 Inspection and Testing or equivalent (preferred but not essential)
• ECS/JIB Card
• Previous domestic electrical repairs experience
• 2365 Level 3 Diploma in Electrical Installations
