To support Serco's continuous delivery of world class services, one of our prestigious projects in Abu Dhabi is looking for an Electrician who will Perform floor relocations, conduiting, cabling & all inhouse electrical projects work in support with MAC team as required around the facility.

Key Accountabilities

• Assist in monitoring electrical consumption, collation of consumption figures, and update central records as required
• Assist with UPS, CBS, Delmatic, Generator & IT service providers, Card reader & AV installation, or relocations
• Minor electrical works (replace light bulbs and sockets, clean and repair circuit breaker panels etc.)
• Monitor, rectify and/or repair electrical systems and services and maintain and update records on a daily basis.

What we are looking for in our candidates

• Able to foster good relations with colleagues and other departments and be a good team player
• Flexibility, excellent attention to detail and ability to identify key issues
• Able to work under stringent deadlines and high-pressure environment.

Specific requirements

• 3 years minimum experience in a similar role
• Advance working knowledge of UPS, CBS, Generator, and general Electrical maintenance
• Knowledge of CAFM system, KPI & SLA. Basic understanding of the Civil fit out works and office layout installation, Card reader relocation, new Card
  reader installation testing and commissioning, removal in commercial buildings or other facilities management building services engineering environment
• Technically competent with a clear technical understanding of buildings Electrical services and associated systems
• Technical and safety awareness with a clear understanding of electrical safety, permit to works, processes, procedures, use of electrical tools and associated test equipment
• Two years Diploma or ITI. Work experience in UPS, CBS, Generator, and general Electrical maintenance.
