We are working on behalf of a client who are looking for an Electrician to carry out day-to-day responsive repairs in occupied and void properties in London.

Daily responsibilities will include:

• Undertaking all aspects of electrical work including repair/renewal works, maintenance and fault finding.
• Fuse board replacements
• Inspection, testing and condition reporting
• Smoke and CO alarm replacements
• Working alongside colleagues or contractors to complete complex orders.
• Using PDA to receive instructions, and to feedback electronically details of works undertaken, or works to be undertaken.

Requirements for the role:

• City & Guilds 2382-22 18th Edition
• 2365 Level 3 Diploma in Electrical Installations
• City & Guilds 2391-52 Inspection and Testing or equivalent (essential)
• Experience with electronic job updating through smart phones preferred with ability to use a PDA to record job information.
• DBS Check
• Full UK Driving Licence (manual)
