Here at Serco we're looking for an Employee Relations Case Manager to join our wider team of specialists in providing professional advice and support to circa 3000 people managers across the UK.
You will provide day-to-day employee relations consulting/guidance for Serco People Managers, covering all areas of the employee lifecycle including disciplinary, grievances, absence, restructures, absence, etc.
You will be managing a number of ER cases from beginning to resolution, ensuring risk-based options advice is provided to managers. Using your dedicated approach, you will coordinate and participate in monthly case reviews and analyse caseloads to identify key themes for improvement and identification of issues and trends within the business
