Salary: 24k to 27K
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday 09:00-17:00
Job Coaches will manage, develop and support a caseload of customers, providing encouragement, training, brokerage, and co-ordination of activities including development planning, effective monitoring and guidance that will ensure progression to sustained employment.
The Job Coach will build strong, collaborative working relationship with customers, tailoring the support to their needs, motivating, coaching and challenging them to fulfil their potential and enabling them to secure sustainable employment.
What you'll need to do the role
You will need to be able to demonstrate ability and experience of coaching and influencing through previous work and have an empthatic nature with a genuine passion to make a difference to customers. Experience of working in a performance driven environment is important. The successful applicant must also have knowledge of local job markets and the recruitment sector.
