Enterprise Architect - Europe
Hybrid - Attached to Hook, Solihull or a Serco Office with European Travel
Full Time, Permanent
Up to £95,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Here at Serco, we are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to support the development of solutions for bids and Contract Improvement Programmes (SIPs). You will do this by studying and understanding business requirements, identifying gaps (if any) between business requirements and current IT capabilities, defining technology solutions to bridge the gap and making sure that the project scope is maintained and solutions implemented in line with design.
In this key role you will work closely with Senior Serco business, IT representatives and IT Directors to understand their business unit needs, roadmap solutions to tackle the IT needs of the business unit and/or client and assure the technical delivery of the solutions.
You must also understand not just the IT needs of the business but also the overall impact of proposed solutions to the profitability of the business, with a particular focus on the European market.
