Salary: £35,000

Right now, we have an exciting opportunity to recruit for a Regional Trainer to provide effective training, coaching, and mentoring across environmental services to ensure the safe, professional, and efficient delivery of operational services.
Although within this role will require you to report to the Head of Support Services as part of the Environmental management and supervisory team you will all work heavily with the learning & development team to help create learning materials. You will use your experience and knowledge to offer suggestions and ideas for service provision improvements with a collaborative and people centred approach.

What you'll need to do the role
First and foremost, you will be someone who is passionate about the services we deliver and have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to be able to connect, understand and support our operational teams.
Using either you experience within the Environmental industry or a learning and development industry you will be confident in delivering training and coaching within an operational environment.
This role will see you traveling to multiple contracts to delivering face to face training sessions, so you must be willing and able to travel across the UK.
