Job Description:

My client is looking for an experienced ERP Project Manager with previous experience in SAP and Oracle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timeline, resources, and budget management.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Act as the main point of contact between stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment with project objectives.
• Manage change management processes to ensure smooth transitions and adoption of new systems.
• Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on project status, risks, and performance metrics.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, data security standards, and company policies throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an ERP Project Manager, with a successful track record in SAP and Oracle implementations.
• Strong understanding of ERP systems, with a focus on SAP and Oracle modules.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is highly desirable.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with Agile or Waterfall project management methodologies.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
