Full Time, Permanent (37.5 hours per week)

Monday - Friday (Flexible shifts covering the hours between 7am-7pm)

 

 

Salary: £20,000 - £25,000 per annum + company benefits 

 

 

Serco have an exciting opportunity for Estates Coordinators to join the current team based at Great Western Hospital, Swindon. The Estates Coordinator supports Serco's Estate team in the allocation, delivery and closure of planned and reactive maintenance works on site in an accurate, compliant, well organised and professional manner. Working closely with the Concept Evolution CAFM system, the Coordinator ensures full compliance across the contract.

 

 

 

Main accountabilities

 

In this role you will be responsible for ensuring the Estates staff are working to the documented standards, within timescales and to high levels of user satisfaction. You will ensure all planned and reactive maintenance tasks are accurately and completely closed on the CAFM system and answer incoming helpdesk calls and emails and allocate reactive jobs. In addition to this, you will be responsible for purchasing and procurement, raising purchase orders, support note taking in meetings, manage the Estates filing systems and any other ad-hoc administration requests as required.

 


What you'll need to do the role

 

 

To be successful in this role you will be able to demonstrate previous experience working within a similar FM role or environment, Concept Evolution or CAFM experience is desirable however full training will be provided. You will possess Excellent communication skills, written and verbal skills, time management skills and Excellent IT skills, particularly in MS Excel, Powerpoint and Word. You will also have the ability to build strong relationships whilst being highly detailed, conscientious and delivery focused.
