Serco is contracted to provide Hard Facilities Management to Darent Valley Hospital. Darent Valley Hospital is a 512-bed, acute district general hospital in Dartford, Kent, England.
We are currently looking for an Estates Officer Mechanical to join our Estates Department on a 14-month fixed term contract. This is a new role developed to support the Contract Director in this significant area of high business risk. The Estates Officer will support a busy operational team in the collation and provision of mechanical specialist services, life cycle and building fabric information to ensure the timely completion of audit material for the Department of Health, Centre of Best Practice programme.
