About the role

Reporting to the Workhub Manager with a dotted line to the Finance Business Partner, this role is responsible for raising purchase orders in an accurate and timely fashion as well as supporting rechargeable works documentation.  This role is to be also responsible in supporting our Estates Services in supply onboarding of vendors and contractors who will provide maintenance, upgrade, or additional works projects.  There will be a broad range of general administrative responsibilities including but not limited to management of shared mailboxes through outlook.

 

To be successful you will have:

  • Demonstrated purchasing experience

  • Ability to create, improve and accurately maintain registers to allow efficient and effective access to information

  • Ability to multitask, be highly organised and ability to prioritise duties

  • Ability to build relationships and establish personal credibility to consistently deliver quality and efficient customer service

  • Motivation and determination to achieve outcomes and deliverables

  • A resilience to work in a fast paced, multitask environment

  • Accounts Payable experience using SAP Guided Buying desirable but not essential
