Here at Serco, we are seeking an experienced Finance Business Partner to improve the financial knowledge and control environment to support increased profitability for the AASC contracts within the Justice & Immigration business.
The AASC contract, which covers two regions, is the largest in Serco Group and has a dynamic operating environment given the nature / changing scale of the services, providing accommodation and associated services for asylum seekers, on behalf of the Home Office. This role has a specific focus on Contingent Accommodation with a scope of over £500M turnover within the AASC contract.
In this key role you will be responsible for providing dedicated, commercial and financial decision support aligned to strategic and customer priorities, to win good business and improve shareholder value. You will work to challenge assumptions, influence decisions, and make recommendations for efficiency improvements to sustain growth.
