About the role
Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will in conjunction with other Finance team members assist with annual budgeting and forecasts, monthly End of Month (EOM), and analysing the underlying financial performance of the Contract. You will produce insight utilising finance and commercial data to challenge/influence business decisions, optimising financial outcomes whilst ensuring an acceptable balance of risk and return. You will build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders through sharing of knowledge, collaborate and develop relationships to support successful commercial and financial outcomes.
To be successful for this role, you will have:
Membership of (CA/CPA) or equivalent
More than 7 years of relevant experience
Relevant business partnering experience in medium to large complex organisations
Strong analysis and financial modelling skills
Experience of adding value in a commercially orientated environment
Strong commercial acumen, as well as demonstrable experience of understanding relationships between key financial and non-financial business value drivers.
The ability to influence and motivate when recommending a course of action
Experience in continually managing a varied and complex set of key stakeholders
Excellent Communication
