To support Serco's continuous growth in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, we are currently bidding for a new project in Riyadh and in need of a Finance & Risk Management Expert who will manage, coordinate and assess financial and commercial activities of the Contract including deliverables. Also, provide financial advice and support to the Principal Consultant and wider consultancy team to meet the deliverables of the contract. The hiring for this position is subject to contract award.

Key accountabilities

The Finance & Risk Management Expert will provide strategic financial and commercial leadership and advice to the Principal Consultant. Ensure the adequacy of financial controls to underpin the achievement of the Contract strategy, margin and Project objectives. Set an example of collaborative leadership, teamwork and act as governance advisor to the Project Team and ensure its compliance with all governance requirements. Provide Financial Analysis subject matter expertise across internal and external project stakeholders either according to the strategic plan or in response to entity request.

 

What we are looking for in our candidates:

We are looking for an individual who has expert knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles. Someone who has the ability to positively influence key stakeholders within the Contract and business areas.

 

Specific requirements

  • Master's Degree in Business Administration or related fields specializing in Risk Management and Financial Planning.
  • Preferably holder of an international certificate in Financial and Accounting Management (e.g. IRM/CRMA).
  • Experience in the Healthcare industry.
