HMP & YOI Doncaster is a Category B prison, and it predominantly serves the courts of South Yorkshire and currently holds up to 1,145 male prisoners over the age of 18. We are in the centre of Doncaster Town Centre within walking distance of the railway station and bus station. As a resettlement prison we work with our prisoners, particularly those serving less than 12-months, to ensure that they have the support they need for resettlement as well as access to the services and support available to them after release. Most of our prisoners are released back into South Yorkshire.
We have an opening for an experienced Administrator to join our FM team.
The FM administrator's responsibilities are to ensure all supporting administrative elements of the contract are maintained and completed to support contract delivery in accordance with the SLA & KPI's. They will also be the One Card Holder.
The main duties include operating the Facilities Helpdesk utilising the CAFM system. The successful post holder will be the initial point of contact and provide regular relevant updates to those who have logged issues.
Additionally, they will support the FM Manager & Senior Engineer with procurement activity both locally and within the framework provided by the procurement lead.
Other responsibilities include; processing expenses & travel requirements and processing pay-roll time sheets, overtime & sickness.

What you need to do the job:
This is an opportunity for an individual who has demonstratable experience working within a busy administrative environment. Having Competent knowledge and experience of CAFM systems is important for this role. The successful post holder must be confident in creating reports from raw data.
The successful candidate must be highly organised, have Good analytical skills and have the ability to effectively manage their time. They must have excellent computer and typing skills inclusive of Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point. It is vital that they have excellent written skills and be able to communicate well at all levels.
