About the role
Acacia Prison is one of the largest prisons in Australia, accommodating 1,525 male medium-security prisoners. Acacia has a focus on providing prisoners with educational, training and work opportunities that improve their chances of sustainable employment on release into the community.
The key purpose of the Facility Management Administrator is to perform administrative tasks in support of the Facility Management Services Team.
You will assist with providing day-to-day direction, coordination and supervision of subcontractors that support the delivery of maintenance and life cycling tasks and identified business improvement opportunities that supports improved services and cost efficiencies.
About you
You are a highly driven individual with administrative experience within a commercial environment. You will be competent in the use of Microsoft Office Applications and use of SAP along with knowledge of PAS1192-3:2014 would be desirable. You are excited by the challenges of working within a large and complex environment. You are respectful and demonstrate exceptional moral values in everything you do.
