Job title: Food and Beverage Manager
Location: Lockmeadow Leisure Complex, Barker Road, Maidstone, ME16 8LW
Working Hours : 40 per week between the hours of 5.30am-9.30pm, to include weekends subject to business needs
Salary: £23,000 to £25,000 per annum + excellent benefits
Here at Maidstone Leisure Trust our goal is to get more people, more active, more often. To deliver those services takes an enthusiastic and customer focused team - and right now we are looking to recruit for Food and Beverage Manager to join our brand-new team at Lockmeadow Leisure Complex.
This role will see you lead from the front with our Food & beverage Offering, implementing a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene, and Customer Service. You will be responsible for implementing and ensuring compliance around all thing's food and beverage, Stock ordering and counting and well as recruiting and training your team.
As part of your role, you will be expected to deliver high audit scores, recruit into the teams and strive for a high operational standard to deliver the best for the customer base.
You will also carry out general keyholder responsibilities and managing health and safety with a team across the facility.
You will help in facilitating a safe, fun, and professional working environment with free access to the leisure facilities, various discounts and excellent development opportunities.
Serco manages these facilities on a day-to-day basis on behalf of the Trust.
About you
To be considered for this role, you will need will be a passionate and enthusiastic individual who like the members of staff, pride and strive to give the best service possible for those who visit the centre and go the extra mile for customers when required.
You will have supervisory experience and have worked in a customer facing environment, preferably within the food and beverage sector managing Stock, Rotas, Staff, H&S aspects etc.
