Front of House Manager

Location: Lockmeadow Leisure Complex, Barker Road, Maidstone, ME16 8LW

Job type: Permanent, full time

Working Hours: 40 per week between the hours of 5.30am-9.30pm, to include weekends subject to business needs

Salary: Up to £27,000

To deliver those services takes an enthusiastic and customer focused team - and right now we are looking to recruit for a Front of House Manager to join our friendly and successful team. 

This role will see you lead from the front, implementing a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the facility, managing the lifeguard to ensure a smooth running of the pool programme, and establishing a high level of customer service via our reception & cafeteria team.

As part of your role you will be expected to deliver high audit scores, recruit into the teams and strive for a high operational standard to deliver the best for the customer base.

You will also have responsibility around the health and safety of the building. 

About You

You will have management experience and have worked in a customer facing environment, you will be up for the challenge of key holding, ensuring financial procedures are followed and work shifts in line with the business requirement.
