Global Process Lead - Financial Planning & Analysis

Here at Serco, we are seeking an experienced Global Process Lead to support the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team in driving a transformational roadmap aligned with Serco's broader strategic vision. You will lead cross-functional initiatives to improve FP&A capabilities, focusing on automation, digital transformation, and data-driven insights, ultimately elevating the efficiency of forecasting, budgeting, and reporting processes. A key aspect of this role will be the implementation of S/4 HANA, SAP's latest enterprise resource planning software, to revolutionise the financial systems and processes.
In this key role, you will have full accountability for the global FP&A process, ensuring that defined outcomes from the Global Process Owner (GPO) and heads of FP&A are delivered effectively. You will be empowered to resolve issues, drive continuous improvements, and embed yourself in the end-to-end process, ensuring success at every level.
