Here at Serco, we have two full time posts available for Governance and Performance Administrator's to join our team at HMP Thameside a London based, Category B prison.
They main responsibilities of the roles are to ensure the effective administration of the Thameside Governance and Performance Manager and ensure compliance against all contractual, regulatory and performance requirements and targets.
As one of the team administrator's the post holder must support the Thameside Performance Manager in the delivery of high performance and satisfaction levels from all internal and external stakeholders.
A key aspect of the role is to ensure compliance against all the relevant procedures both Local and Nationally covering the Ministry of Justice and Serco requirements for these deliverables.
Additionally, they must undertake administrative processes within the Governance and Performance Team and accurately produce and maintain records for areas of work for all internal and external systems, in relation to:
What you need to do the job
This is an opportunity for an individual who has proven experience of working within a fast-paced office environment. The successful post holder must be motivated, have attention to detail and demonstrate clear communication skills as this is essential for this role.
The successful candidate must have experience in working with external and internal customers. Having previous experience of inputting data accurately is essential as failing to do so leads to financial penalties for the department. Having experience of minute taking is desirable.
Furthermore, they must be highly organised, have effective time management skills and excellent computer and typing skills inclusive of Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point.
