Here at Serco, we are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Administrator to join the Governance & Performance Team within HMP Thameside. Reporting into the Governance & Performance Manager, you will ensure the effective administration of the Governance department, and ensure compliance against all contractual, regulatory and performance requirements & targets.
As the new Administrator, you will be expected to maintain all administrative systems within specified timescales for HMP Thameside and support the Governance & Performance team in the delivery of high performance and satisfaction levels, from all internal and external stakeholders. Your role will include providing support for the unit and ensuring compliance against all the relevant procedures, both locally and nationally, covering the Ministry of Justice and Serco requirements for these deliverables. IT literacy is one of the most important aspects of this role so advanced levels in Outlook, Word & Excel will be required to enable you to complete your role competently. GCSE standard education is desirable in Maths & English.
