We're looking for an experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen in a village on the outskirts of Winchester. This is your chance to shape a fresh, exciting food offering and join a growing team.

Hours:

Until 1st Jan 2026:

• Tue-Sat: 9:30am-3:00pm & 5:30pm-9:30pm
• Sun & Mon: Off

From 1st Jan 2026:

• Tue-Thu: 9:00am-4:00pm (No evenings!)
• Fri & Sat: Split shifts
• Sun & Mon: Off

✅ Evenings off Tuesday-Thursday!

What We're Looking For:

• A confident chef with experience running a kitchen and managing a small team
• Happy to follow the owner's lead and add creative ideas
• Skilled in brunch and refined weekend dining

Our Plan:

• Tue-Thu: Become the best brunch spot in town
• Fri & Sat evenings: Seasonal menu (4 starters, 4 mains, 4 desserts)
