Serco are recruiting for a Head of Outreach to join our team. Reporting to the Head of Contact Strategy, this role will be responsible for the delivery of our outreach strategy in UK for the Armed Forces Recruitment Service (AFRS).
This role will gather and collate vital insight and intelligence to shape and inform the Annual Outreach Plan whilst, working closely with the Serco Marketing and Recruitment Strategy teams to enable alignment and development of the outreach strategy and plans. You will manage and work with Regional Heads of Outreach to translate the overall Outreach strategy and plans into regional plans using localised data, supporting the creation of tri-Service and single Services', whilst working closely with the Authority's Engagement team to ensure the Outreach and Engagement strategies are complementary and avoid duplication of effort.
This role is key for the delivery of the Contract and reaching the required quality and quantity of Candidates to meet recruitment targets.
