Health & Fitness Manager

Location: Lockmeadow Leisure Complex, Barker Road, Maidstone, ME16 8LW

Job type: Permanent, full time

Working Hours: 40 per week between the hours of 5.30am-9.30pm, to include weekends subject to business needs

Salary: Up to £27,000

To deliver those services takes an enthusiastic and customer focused team - and right now we are looking to recruit for a Health and Fitness Manager to join our friendly and successful team. 


This role will see you lead from the front, teaching both studio and gym floor group signature products, coach and develop the Health & Fitness team, ensuring they are up to date with the latest developments within the fitness industry, ensure the team delivers an exceptional gym floor experience for our members and be responsible for managing a group exercise budget.


As part of your role you will be expected to deliver Personal Training sessions and to acheive a Personal Training Income target, recruit and induct new members of staff.




About You


First and foremost, you will be a qualified Personal Trainer (Level 2 as a minimum) with Group Training qualifications (eg HIIT, Circuits, Indoor Cycle, etc).

CIMPSPA Membership will be provided as part of your employment.

It would be beneficial if you have experience of managing a team of Personal Trainers, with the ability to motivate and lead.
