Health & Safety Administrator

Supporting the Head of Health & Safety the Health & Safety Administrator will offer vital support in the day to day running of health and safety matters across all three campuses. This is a full time position, based at our Aylesbury Campus and working across all three.


The successful candidate will:

  • Assist the Head of Health & Safety to produce all documentation required.
  • Organise the Health & Safety audit timetables across campuses.
  • To monitor the college’s maintenance compliance ensuring inspections are arranged and completed in a timely manner
  • Ensure the Accidents and Incidents database is kept up to date, any RIDDOR incidents logged appropriately and reports prepared for Health and Safety meetings.
  • Travel to our other campuses on a regular basis.
