Contract: Full Time, Permanent 

Working Hours: 40 hours per week, 8-4:30

Location: RAF Fairford, GL7 4DL (with extensive travel across Alconbury, Croughton and Fairford sites)

 

Here at VIVO we are seeking a motivated and ambitious Helpdesk Lead and Senior Administrator to join our team. Reporting to the 501st Contract Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations across three RAF bases. As the Helpdesk Lead & Senior Administrator, you will be a source of support and guidance for teams at all sites.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Compile and distribute reports on behalf of the USVF Site Manager (SM) to various parties.
  • Address 501st Office Administrator issues and assist in retraining helpdesk and admin staff.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to hiring, internal grievances, and official VIVO communications.
  • Serve as the initial point of contact for internal VIVO communications between contract teams and administrative departments.
  • Manage Billable Works and AP administration.
  • Visit sites as needed to support helpdesk and administrative functions across the 501st.

 

Essential Skills and Qualifications


Experience in customer service or scheduling supervision.
Ability to handle complex and challenging customers.
Consistent performance to key metrics and tight timelines.
Track record of delivering and maintaining quality outcomes.
Familiarity with helpdesk technology, including telephony, omnichannel, and CAFM systems.
