Serco works with Hertfordshire County Council to transform the quality of local services for our citizens.  We currently have an opportunity to join our team as a Pensions/HR Administrator.
The Teachers' Pensions team are responsible for the administration of all Teachers Pensions activities for and on behalf of Hertfordshire County Council and Hertfordshire schools whilst the Transaction Team deliver a comprehensive HR/Payroll Service across the County Council and other associated clients.

You will work between the Teachers' Pensions Administration team and Transactions Team to ensure standards of service and quality are achieved and maintained in an efficient and cost-effective manner.

You will be opening and processing the team's post, logging the receipt of the Teachers Pensions correspondence and undertaking filing and scanning duties.

 

What you will need to do the role

You will need two GCSEs Grades A to E in Maths and English (or acceptable equivalent).  You will be highly customer focused, an excellent communicator and be able to achieve targets and objectives.

You will be a committed team player, PC Literate, have excellent keyboard skills and be flexible in availability and approach.
