Here at Serco, we are looking for a HR Administrator to join the team to help provide HR guidance for all administrative queries via telephone, email and webchat covering all aspects of the employee life cycle and people management processes in line with Service Level Agreements and Business Rules.
You be supporting with GDPR requests in line with data protection legislation from the point of receipt to collating the information, selecting the relevance and ensuring a bundle is handed over to the HR Advisory Team to start the redaction in accordance with GRPR legislative timeframes.
You will also be responsible for administrative duties within the HR Shared Service including post in/out, updating of People Services collateral including the People Services contact details sheet.
