HR Business Partner
£35,000 - £40,000 DOE
One of Reed's highly regarded clients is currently expanding and recruiting for a Senior Reward And Benefits Advisor to provide crucial support in Reward and Recognition.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:-
* Advise employees on job information
* Organise job evaluation panels
* Review of reward elements e.g. pay policy, grading structure
* Develop positive relationships with fellow colleagues
* Prioritisation of workload
* Liaise with relevant colleagues and line managers
* Assist in the process of staff surveys
In order to be considered for this role, candidates must have the following:-
* Previous experience in a HR Reward based position
* Previous experience in job evaluation
* Excellent organisation & communication skills
