Your Opportunity
We're seeking a dynamic HR Business Partner (HRBP) to drive our people strategy and collaborate closely with the Chief Operating Officer, Sector Operations Director, and Executive Leadership Team. In this pivotal role, you'll ensure the sector's HR practices align with broader divisional and group strategies, playing a crucial part in shaping our people-centric success.
As an essential member of the team, you'll lead HR for our Corporate and Transport sectors, providing expert guidance, mentorship, and coaching to leadership and peer groups. You'll deliver a professional HR service to a £100M+ business, overseeing up to 1,000 geographically dispersed employees.
Based in our Dubai head office, you will also travel frequently to client sites across the UAE and KSA.

Key Accountabilities
- Collaborate with the Sector Leadership Team to align the divisional/group people strategy with business objectives.
- Evaluate the impact of HR initiatives, driving continuous improvement in engagement and participation.
- Develop frameworks to support bids, ensuring contracts receive appropriate HR support.
- Lead the review and implementation of talent, succession, and workforce plans.
- Monitor HR performance against objectives, strategy, and budget targets.
- Champion employee engagement initiatives across the sector.
- Partner with the BD Team to resource and plan HR input for competitive bid processes, ensuring the business delivers highly competitive people solutions.
- Design effective organisational structures and lead transformation projects.
- Develop Nationalisation strategies to drive local talent at optimal costs.
- Support upskilling programs and provide HR governance for bids.
Specific Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years in senior HR management.
- Expertise in reward policies, pay structures, and competitive compensation strategies.
- In-depth knowledge of KSA and UAE HR practices.
- Broad generalist HR experience, including reward, recruitment, OD, L&D, and employee relations.
- Proven ability to deliver transformative change in complex environments.
- Strong analytical skills to present data-driven business decisions.
- Experience leading HR teams and supporting large-scale mobilisations and transitions.
- Track record of delivering people solutions for bid activities.
- Client-facing experience, ideally in the airports and transportation sectors.
