Here at Serco, we are looking for a HR Data Administrator to join the team.

 

As HR Data Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining employee records through the employee life cycle. You will be preparing and amending documents where necessary and processing large volumes of employee and organisational data.

 

You will have excellent communication skills, being able to communicate with customers and maintain high levels of customer service while ensuring SLAs are met.

 


What you need to do the role:

  • Experience working in an administration role with high levels of processing and full employee life cycle knowledge.
  • Knowledge of employment terms and conditions
  • Organised and comfortable working in a team who are continuously improving to manage changing business needs.
  • Experience using SAP HCM
  • Experience working in a HR shared service environment.
