Human Resources Business Partner

About the Role

The Human Resources Business Partner is a senior member of the HR Connect team and partners with clinical and non-clinical WA Health managers across the Fiona Stanley Hospital designing and delivering expert and business focused Human Resources strategy and solutions as part of an integrated Human Resources service to Fiona Stanley Hospital employees and volunteers. These services include change management, policy and award interpretation and application, employee engagement, workforce planning, grievance resolution support and advice, performance management, non-work related injury management, , contract reporting and metrics.

About You

You are self-motivated and can take ownership of project tasks, motivate others and deliver successful outcomes. You have excellent stakeholder management experience and have the ability to balance between operational and strategic HR. Your previous experience within general Human Resources or Human Resources business partnering along with a demonstrated understanding of a complex environment will see you thrive working in a fast-moving dynamic environment.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Demonstrated high level proficiency in Human Resources Business Partnering or general Human Resources practice including performance management, grievance resolution, award and policy interpretation and application, change management and policy advice and Human Resources administration         
• Ability to partner with the business to deliver people focused pragmatic solutions, creative problem solving and advice.
• High level ability to contribute to high performing Human Resources systems, tools and processes that provide customer service excellence
• Ability to lead and support change with strong influencing capability
• Demonstrated leadership and coaching experience, including the ability to influence, coach members and foster a team culture.
• Demonstrated strategic and forward thinking and ability to think clearly in an environment of ambiguity.
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
• The highest levels of personal integrity and ethical behaviour.
• Human Resources experience in a public health service environment is desirable.
• Degree in business and/or Human Resources or relevant discipline OR demonstrated equivalence in a combination of formal education and professional experience. [BT(A1]
