Human Resources Business Partner

About the Role

The Human Resources Business Partner is a senior member of the HR Connect team and partners with clinical and non-clinical WA Health managers across the Fiona Stanley Hospital designing and delivering expert and business focused Human Resources strategy and solutions as part of an integrated Human Resources service to Fiona Stanley Hospital employees and volunteers. These services include change management, policy and award interpretation and application, employee engagement, workforce planning, grievance resolution support and advice, performance management, non-work related injury management, , contract reporting and metrics.

 

About You

You are self-motivated and can take ownership of project tasks, motivate others and deliver successful outcomes. You have excellent stakeholder management experience and have the ability to balance between operational and strategic HR. Your previous experience within general Human Resources or Human Resources business partnering along with a demonstrated understanding of a complex environment will see you thrive working in a fast-moving dynamic environment.
