Here at Serco, we're seeking a Finance Business Partner in Serco's Citizen Services division, you will provide essential financial and commercial insight across our Health Assessment Advisory Services contracts in the Southwest. You'll support business leaders to deliver profitable and sustainable growth for services and be responsible for providing dedicated, commercial, and financial decision support aligned to strategy and customer priorities to win good business and improve shareholder value. You'll work with the contract management team to challenge assumptions, influence decisions, and make recommendations for efficiency improvements to sustain growth.
You'll play an integral role in ensuring accurate reporting to the customer, and that processes and controls are in place to report on costs correctly. The role will also ensure that monthly financials and future forecasts and budgets are accurate and capture all available information using both internal and external sources. You'll also have management over two supply chain partners, validating the monthly financial submission, and making sure that payments are approved in line with the performance regime from the head contract.
