Buckinghamshire College Group have an exciting opportunity for an iTrent Payroll & Pensions Specialist to join the team.

Location: Aylesbury Campus, Buckinghamshire

Salary: £36,577.00 to £42,403.00 per annum + Benefits

Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time

Hours: 37 hours per week / 52 weeks a year

iTrent Payroll & Pensions Specialist - The Role:

As an iTrent Payroll & Pensions Specialist, you will play a crucial role in implementing, maintaining, and developing HR systems to align with the College's People Strategy and broader business objectives.

iTrent Payroll & Pensions Specialist - Key Responsibilities:

  • To ensure that all HR systems are introduced, maintained and developed to deliver the College's People Strategy and wider business objectives
  • To manage our iTrent system (integrated HR and Payroll System) and ensuring the accurate and timely processing of payroll activities
  • To manage the College's pension schemes (TPS & LGPS), ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
  • To produce meaningful data and reports from iTrent through Business Objects reporting tool
