Here within our Asylum Accommodation and Support Contract (AASC) an opportunity has arisen for a newly created role as a Junior Change Manager. Working in our Analytics and Performance Team who hold responsibility for producing accurate, current, and insightful Management Information and the provision of all contractual, external and internal functional, performance and insight reporting. As a relatively new function amid Serco's largest contract the department is CI based and change-centric; responsible for optimising service performance, driving adoption, effective business change, and ultimately helping to develop a data-driven organisation


We are looking for a Junior Manager to join our growing team where you will support the Change Manager in the delivery of Operational excellence, driving effective business change and analytics-centric project and improvement delivery. Acting as the Analytics & Strategy SME for effective documentation working with both internal and external stakeholders while effectively tracking and monitoring change processes and ensuring the adherence to Serco and Lean6Sigma standards.


What you'll need to do the role 


Key Skills


Experience in end-to-end process mapping (VISIO)

Experience in project co-ordination and change control within a business environment

Experience in the tracking and communication of project risks and opportunities

Experience in Local Operating Procedure development and communication

Excellent time management skills and ability to manage and deliver a variety of priority tasks, prioritising own workload to meet specific timescales without prompt

Experience in Administrative tasks - ideally including mailbox management, minute taking

Experience in inter-departmental liaison and collaborative working

Ability to effectively communicate and present clear information updates across both internal and external stakeholders

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate at all levels

Flexibility to travel across sites when required.


Knowledge and Qualifications


Willing to upskill in VISIO

Willing to upskill in MS Project

Good knowledge of Excel (Essential)

Basic knowledge of Power BI tools

Experience of project delivery and tools

Lean 6Sigma Yellow-Belt (or working towards)

Experience in project tracking would be advantageous
