JOB TITLE: Labourer

SALARY BAND: £11.10ph - £13ph

LOCATION: Exmouth

Labourer required to join a residential construction project in Exmouth. The work will involve general labouring, keeping site clean and tidy as well as assisting trades and the site team. CSCS card is required.

The site is accessible by public transport and parking is available.

We expect this role to be on-going. The working hours are 07:30-17:00 Monday-Friday. There may be an option to work overtime at the weekends.

Once you have completed your assignment and Daniel Owen have secured a positive finishing reference, we will do our best to ensure you have another long term assignment to go into.

• Keeping site clean and tidy
• Assisting trades
• Assiting site team in day to day duties
• Moving materials

• References for your work as a General Labourer
• PPE
• CSCS card
• The ability to perform physical manual labour
