To deliver those services takes an enthusiastic and customer focused team - and right now we are looking to recruit for a Main House Supervisor to join our team Lilleshall National Sports Centre.
Lilleshall is one of Sport England`s National Sports Centres and is home to a number of National Governing Bodies of Sport. Lilleshall provides excellent facilities to Britain's leading sports men and women. Lilleshall is also a Conferencing and Event Centre, boasting a large number of recently refurbished rooms and outdoor spaces for weddings, corporate events, and team-building days.
In this role, you will take full ownership of the main house restaurant and the standards and operation within it. You will also train and lead the Pavilion teams and offer to our customers.
Your main responsibilities will be delivery of scheduling for main house services rota, house host, training, leading by example, stocktaking, ordering alcohol and laundry, merchandising displays, show rounds, cleaning, maintaining standards, coaching colleagues, table setting. Evening and day restaurant operation, ensuring standards are always high, driving sales within the team and ordering uniform.
Flexible approach to working hours is essential, most events are weekends such as Friday, Saturday and Sunday including late nights and willingness to learn new skills.
You will help in facilitating a safe, fun, and professional working environment with free access to the leisure facilities, various discounts, and excellent development opportunities.
The successful candidate will be a passionate and enthusiastic individual who like the members of staff at Lilleshall, pride and strive to give the best service possible for those who visit the centre and go the extra mile for customers when needed.
Minimum of Level 2 food safety desirable.
Previous experience in a customer facing environment running large scale catering, running a hospitality team, developing colleagues and computer literate.
