About the Role
The role is part of the national FM team responsible for the data integrity and maintenance of the assets maintained across the Immigration network and based at Melbourne CBD VIC. All assets require timely update each time they are maintained, moved, replaced, and modified in the Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS). The core accountabilities of the role incorporate the provision and development of documentation and reports to support contract management and ensures that maintenance activities contribute to positive commercial outcomes for the business. The tasks associated with this role are contract obligations under the Justice & Immigration Contract held by Serco.
The position is instrumental in ensuring the reconciliation and management of the asset register for each facility and maintain Preventative Maintenance schedule with current scope of works in context of assets and applicable PM regimes. This will also reduce the likelihood for claim against Serco by the Department for assets provided for the delivery of services under this Contract and in line with the RWL model.
This is a fulltime position based in the Melbourne CBD Victoria.
You will be a dynamic, proactive and highly motivated individual with the ability to operate in a very fast paced environment. You will be an effective and experienced Scheduler within the Asset Management field who holds a high degree of interpersonal skills and credibility to action work with minimal direction and supervision.
