Salary: £19.77-22.85 per hour

We are seeking an experienced Multi Trade Operative to join the Property Services team in Hammersmith and Fulham.

Daily responsibilities of a Multi Trade Operative are:

• Completing reactive and planned maintenance and repair jobs in a timely manner
• Repair of leaks, repair snd replacement of toilet seats, shower heads or hoses, unblocking of waste traps, and any other plumbing work where needed
• Changing light lamps plus cleaning light fittings
• Repair patching of plaster and replacing small areas of tiles
• General painting and making food paintwork after a repair
• Utilise work through PDAs / mobiles to complete works key communications and updates

Requirements of a Multi Trade Operative are:

• Trade related qualification, city and guilds, NVQ level 2 or equivalent
• Full UK Driving Licence (minimum of 12 months)
• CSCS Blue Skilled Worker Card
• Ability to use hand tools
• Previous experience within the responsive maintenance environment
