Salary: £18.00 to £20.00 per hour

We are working on behalf of a local council who are looking for a Multi Trade Operative to carry out day-to-day reactive maintenance works in occupied and void properties.

Daily responsibilities will include:

• Carrying out repairs on occupied and void properties
• Day-to-day reactive maintenance work
• Plastering, carpentry, and plumbing repairs

Requirements for the role:

• Ideally a core strength trade background with some other skills (e.g., plumbing, carpentry, tiling, plastering)
• Must have social housing experience as the work is carried out on resident's properties daily
• Good customer service skills
• A full UK Driving License
• NVQ Level 2 or City & Guilds in carpentry, plumbing or plastering (desirable)
• Asbestos Awareness (desirable)
