Serco's Environmental Services provide a complete waste and recycling service on behalf of the residents and community in North Norfolk. With a professional, dedicated and friendly team of Refuse and Recycling and Street Cleansing staff, we ensure that streets, homes and businesses are kept clean, safe and tidy, whilst providing the very best levels of customer service to all members of the community that we serve. And right now, we have an opportunity for a like-minded Administrator to join our team of essential key workers and help us make a positive difference to the environment we all live and work in.  

 

 

Reporting to the Operations Manager, this role will see you maintain and operate vital client communication links, ensuring all work orders are provided and completed in line with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and to firm deadlines. You will update and manage computer databases and spreadsheets, providing reports and statistical information to senior management. This role will also see you completing general administration duties when required including; data entry of fuel, note taking in disciplinary hearings and other meetings.

What do I need to do the role?  

   

To be considered for a position within our team, you will be an experienced administrator from a fast paced environment, with the ability to manage your own workload effectively and efficiently and to tight deadlines. 

 

You should have excellent attention to detail, be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office in particular Excel.

 

You will be customer focussed with an analytical approach to problem solving as this role will see you answering the phone and dealing with any public/client queries.
